Reason(s) for Tree Removal: Removal of twenty-two (22) trees necessary for required foundation and facade repair. Locations are NOT replantable due to proximity to building foundation. Eight (8) sites will be replaced by seventy-five (75) square feet of landscaping each; for a total of six hundred (600) square feet.  Loss of remaining fourteen (14) planting sites will incur an in-lieu fee of the appraised value or the standard in-lieu fee of $2520, whichever is higher of each tree.
