2. Public Comment
Members of the public may address the hearing officer on matters that are within the department’s jurisdiction but not on today’s agenda.
3. Hearing Order 208783
To consider the Parkmerced Phase 1C (Final Map PID 10699), and 1D (Final Map PID 10700), Request for Exceptions to Subdivision Code and Subdivision Regulations. Subdivider of the Parkmerced Phase 1C (Final Map PID 10699) and Phase 1D (Final Map 10700) (“Project”) submitted a request for exceptions to the Subdivision Code and Subdivision Regulations. The exception requests covered, but were not limited to; changes in materials, pipes size, and velocities for utilities; clearances for utility connections; Public Works Standards and Code for street speeds, vertical curves, and street curb; deferral of electrical vault exception request, and infrastructure improvements.
Public Works hearings are held through videoconferencing and will provide for remote public comment.
Persons unable to participate in the videoconference may submit written comments regarding the subject matter to Cathal Hennessy (Cathal.Hennessy@sfdpw.org). Comments received before the hearing will be brought to the attention of the hearing officer and made a part of the official public record.
