To consider the validity of notices to repair that have been issued to various property owners and utility agencies for the restoration of public right-of-way sidewalks. As part of the City’s Sidewalk Inspection & Repair Program (SIRP), inspectors from San Francisco Public Works - Bureau of Street-Use & Mapping have conducted inspections on blocks in the Inner Richmond District neighborhood bordered by:
Anza Street on the North;
18th Ave on the East;
Fulton Street on the South and
23rd Ave on the West
4. Hearing Order 206692
To consider the following: India Basin Vesting Tentative Map Application No’s. 11105, prepared on behalf of the India Basin Investment, LLC, submitted on December 1, 2021. Vesting Tentative Map Application No. 11105, dated December 1, 2021, to authorize a thirty-four (34) lot subdivision with up to one-thousand five-hundred seventy-five (1,575) new residential condominium units, one (1) existing residential unit to be relocated, and up to one-hundred eighty (180) commercial condominium units.
5. Hearing Order 206714
PID: 10714 Potrero Power Station Conditions of Approval Amendment. To consider amending a condition of approval for Tentative Final Map 10714 to allow for the number of condominium units on each lot to shift between the Tentative and each Phased Final Map so long as the Phased Final Map remains in substantial conformance with the Tentative Map and the overall number of condominium units is not increased.
6. Hearing Order 206720
PID: 10714 Potrero Power Station Design Exceptions. To consider the approval of at least nine design exceptions to the Subdivision Regulations needed to implement the Potrero Power Station Phase 1 Street Improvements for PID 10714. The exceptions cover, but are not limited to, roadway widths, sidewalks, easements, and utility connections, depths, cover, material, and flow velocities.
Until further notice, Public Works hearings will be held through videoconferencing and will provide for remote public comment.
