3. Order No. 206123
To consider Treasure Island and Yerba Buena Island Project’s request for exception to Subdivision Regulations from requirement that the City accept full, complete, and functional public streets. Subdivider of the Treasure Island and Yerba Buena Island Project (Final Map Nos. 9228, 9235, 9856, and 10297 and Tentative Map 10347) submitted a request for exception to the Subdivision Regulations that is intended to allow for Subdivider to offer specific street lots for acceptance and public dedication despite the fact that the street segments will not extend from intersection to intersection due to project phasing. The requested exception has been reviewed and deemed acceptable by each affected City department.

4. Order No. 206135
To consider Treasure Island and Yerba Buena Island Project Revised Tentative Map No. 10347 for minor amendments to the Tentative Map No. 10347 including: (1) reallocation of the maximum authorized residential condominium unit count among three of the proposed lots; (2) changes to the lot lines for several proposed street lots to achieve better consistency with the associated improvement plans (and which do not change the width of any proposed street or affect adjacent lots); (3) minor changes to lot lines to avoid a lot line from overlapping with an existing historic building (Building 3) that will be preserved as part of the Project; and (4) adjustments to the interior lot lines of a privately-owned block comprised of numerous small lots.

5. Order No. 206154
To consider revisions to the Public Works regulations implementing the requirements of the San Francisco Public Works Code Article 27 contained in Public Works Order No. 205791.
