In accordance with Gov. Gavin Newsom’s statewide order for all residents to shelter in place and the numerous local and State proclamations, orders and supplemental directions regarding the COVID-19 virus, Public Works hearings are held through videoconferencing and will provide for remote public comment.

To consider an application from Buenafe (20mff-00001) for the operation of a mobile food facility in the public right-of-way in the vicinity of:

 

  • 220 RANKIN ST - On the northwest side of Rankin St, approximately 82 feet northeast of Evans Ave, operating Monday from 9 am to 5 pm, Tuesday from 9 am to 5 pm, and Wednesday from 9 am to 5 pm.

 

  • 750 PHELPS ST - On the southwest side of Evans Ave, approximately 250 feet southeast of Quint St, operating Thursday from 9 am to 5 pm, Friday from 9 am to 5 pm and Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm.

This Public Works Order supersedes and replaces Public Works Order No. 204157 & 204151 - Review a revised tentative final map.

 

Treasure Island, Avenue of the Palms Tentative Map Application No. 10711, prepared on behalf of the Treasure Island Development Authority, a public body corporate and politic, submitted on August 18, 2020, as modified by a revised tentative final map submitted on October 27, 2020 (“Tentative Map”) for a Merger and 4 Lot Subdivision
