Various Locations Pavement Renovation and Sewer Replacement No. 58

Project Description

San Francisco Public Works has hired Bauman Landscaping Construction Inc. to complete work on the Various Locations Pavement Renovation No. 58 and Sewer Replacement Project. The work scope will focus on infrastructure and safety enhancements across multiple locations in San Francisco. Our collaboration aims to reduce public inconvenience by efficiently coordinating our efforts whenever possible. The work to be completed under this contract includes curb ramp construction at 4-way and T-intersections, pedestrian and transit bulb-outs, sewer replacement/rehabilitation work, street base replacement work (concrete roadwork), pavement renovation, and traffic routing at various sites throughout the city. Construction will begin at the first location the week of February 19, 2024, and will be completed at the last location by September 2025.

Please note: The schedule may be subject to change due to rain, equipment breakdown or unforeseen field conditions. The planned work may cause traffic delays and necessitate temporary lane closures. Traffic control measures and flaggers will be implemented to minimize disruptions in the roadway. While construction is happening on your block, please allow extra travel time.

The work hours may vary by location, however typical working hours are 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Weekend work is allowed but has not been scheduled at this time.
